the hotel's location proved useful. the gothic quarter stood close by. the santa maria del mar cathedral was also nearby. efficient air-conditioning was available in the room.
the room did not get cleaned one day. we received a bottle of water as compensation. there was no bar in the hotel. many tv channels did not work.

The staff was really friendly and helpful (they always had a smile). breakfast offered many choices. The pastries were fresh. i found the hotel's location to be amazing as it was near the train station. there were also many restaurants nearby, a super convenient perk.
A lot of tv channels were not working in my room. It was a small issue.

The location offers convenient access to public transport. Rooms were cleaned daily, including a large double bed. Breakfast included many options. It was a satisfactory experience. Staff was polite and always smiling!
Our room was not cleaned one day. I complained and received a bottle of water. No bar service was available at the hotel. I think they should look into these issues.

The staff were helpful and cute from arrival. Early check-in was accommodated! The reception team assisted with every request. I appreciate their positive attitude and prompt service. They solved my issues quickly.

The hotel is near many attractions and central locations. It's close to the train station. It is within walking distance of most places and pickups were available outside. The soundproofing in the rooms was effective.

The location is great, close to the park and the Gothic district. The nearest metro station is very close (it made getting around so easy). The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of options. The personnel were very nice and helpful.

The staff was readily available and offered guidance for daily itineraries and transport options. the rooms were well kept and provided essentials for a stay. its location offered easy access to key attractions yet maintained quiet evenings. I liked this.
The tv had some channels not working properly, a minor inconvenience. I hope this gets resolved.

The location is excellent, close to both the historical center and the beach. It is also near many landmarks. outdoor dining options are easily accessible, which i found appealing, though i prefer to stay inside.

The room had high ceilings and a cozy atmosphere. It had a nice balcony with a view of the street. the shower had good pressure, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. I was comfortable in the room.
